Markets have known for years. This DVD is 99 minutes and is chapter

On FRESHWATER, Vince fillets; Catfish, Large Mouth Bass, Pan fish,
Pike, American Shad, Salmon and Walleye. In the Cooking menu, Vince
cooks a favorite dish of each fish. Also included is a Bonus Chapter
menu is segments on knives, sharpening, and scaling. Vince also
includes a slideshow comprised of photos from his fishing trips.
The FRESHWATER SERIES offered some interesting challenges, many of
these species had completely different bone structures”. Says Vince.
"The Shad is my favorite, many people will tell you that you can't
de-bone a shad. The Shad has over 300 bones on each side of the
backbone. In this DVD I will actually show you how to bone a Shad."
States Vince. This DVD gave me a chance to fillet some species that
I don't see often. For example I can't remember the last Pike or
Walleye which I have had an opportunity to clean." Say Vince. "The
Cooking section has some delicious recipes. Depending on the season,
your catch maybe smaller, for that reason it is important to fillet
